Our new website (launched Sept 14 2020) requires that existing customers "reactivate" their accounts in order to access them.
- When you initially attempt to log in you will see the following notice informing you that you have been emailed an invitation link.
- Open the email in your inbox and click "Activate Account"
- Finally, you will be asked to enter and confirm a new password. Once you've done this you should gain access to your account.
