If you forgot to skip your renewal, or didn’t get a chance to skip before your renewal went through, please email email@example.com as soon as you can. We will be happy to sort things out for you.
If your renewal has gone through and you use the “skip next renewal” button you will end up skipping the next month, not the current month. For example, if your January renewal has gone through but you don’t want that box, hitting the ‘skip next renewal’ button will only skip the February box. You will still be charged for and be sent the January box.
We don’t want you to to receive a box you're not interested in, so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can skip the correct box before it ships.
Once a box ships, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
