I can’t log into my account but I know I have a subscription!

If you are having trouble logging into your account it could be because there is a typo in the email address attached to your account. This is quite common.

    I am not a current subscriber, I purchased the August box, and I am unable to get into my account. I've tried resetting the password twice, I've tried Mozilla and Chrome browsers, I've tried a Mac computer, a Windows computer, and a cell phone, and I am not able to get into my account to see my orders, or to purchase future boxes. Is there anything that can be done on the back end to resolve this issue?
